Introduction to Pluralist Economics
- organised by VWelles Bern
Why is there still poverty despite economic growth? Are minimum wages always harmful? How can we address the climate crisis in a sustainable way? Why is unpaid care work often not recognized as work?
These and other questions cannot be adequately answered by neoclassical economics.
That is why we are hosting an introduction to different schools of thought in pluralist economics.
First, there will be an input lecture introductions 6 schools of economic thought. After that we will analyze a real world problem based on the different schools of thought in an interactive part. The lecture will be held in English.
